It's so cool when you turn your static visualisation into dynamic, fully 3-dimensional environment with interactivity elements.

Real-time lighting and rendering

Working with Unreal Engine we can make use of all latest game-dev industry achievments like dynamic lighting, post-effects, advanced surface mapping etc to deliver interactive apps characterised by image quality equal (or better) to classic, static images.

When you immerse your user fully in a world you created, the next step would be to give him some level of control over it. How about creating a photo-realistic interactive visualisation where you viewer can modify the interior?

It's up to you what hardware you would like to use to view this kind of application. You can work with you smartphone and Google Cardboard. You can also make use of VR headset like Oculus, HTC Vive or any other available out there. Or you can simply view it on you computer (Windows or OSX) and play like a video game.

Will he be able to understand what my goal is and what are the nuances of running my venture?"
